Susan L. Poland

Ms. Susan L. Poland serves on the Board of Directors of Heart Care International, a non-profit that performs free pediatric heart surgery in Central and South America. From 2016 to 2017, she served as Heart Care’s executive director. She retired as senior counsel to General Electric Capital Corporation in December 2015, after 25 years with the company. Prior to that, Ms. Poland served as senior counsel to NYNEX Credit Company and was an associate with Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York City. She received an LLM from New York University in 1981 and an affiliated BA from Churchill College, Cambridge in 1979.
