Cambridge in America (CAm) is governed by a Board of Directors, who hold duties of care and fiduciary oversight of the organization. Per federal regulations, CAm is independent from any other organization. The Board has full discretion over the designation of all grants. The Board is comprised of a maximum of 30 members, a majority of whom are elected members and a minority appointed by the University Council and the Colleges Committee.
