Board of Directors

Cambridge in America (CAm) is governed by a Board of Directors, who hold duties of care and fiduciary oversight of the organization. Per federal regulations, CAm is independent from any other organization. The Board has full discretion over the designation of all grants. The Board is comprised of a maximum of 30 members, a majority of whom are elected members who are proposed and approved by the Nominating and Governance committee, and a minority are non-voting members appointed by the University Council and the Colleges Committee.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is composed of five directors who, when the Board of Directors is not in session, shall have and may exercise all of the authority of the Board of Directors.
