Thursday, October 10, 2024, 6.30pm to 8.30pm EDT
Join CAMentrepreneur's NYC Chapter for our first evening mixer for the Cambridge network in NYC on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 6:30 pm at Newlab in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Newlab is home to over 250 deep tech startups and 1,000+ entrepreneurs, inventors, investors, and innovators. Our community collaborates to tackle critical energy, mobility, and materials challenges, driving meaningful progress through technology-led economic development. Enjoy kava beverages and light snacks, provided free of charge, while networking with a diverse group of Cambridge alumni and their guests. We look forward to seeing you in Brooklyn!
Special thanks to Cambridge alumnus, Alex Russell (Trinity College, 2017) for hosting this event. This event offers a unique opportunity to connect with fellow alumni and hear firsthand about the journey of building a physical product startup. Alex, the founder and CEO of Nothing Special, will share insights into the challenges and successes of launching his kava food science and beverage company and discuss how Newlab’s resources have played a critical role in his company’s growth.
We’re also excited to welcome Christine Paglialunga, Vice President of Assets at the NYC Economic Development Company (EDC), who will discuss how the agency can support NYC-based startups.
