We're excited to annoice our next event will be the resuming of our Fall Luncheon and this year we are excited to be hosted at Tusk restaurant (Tusk PDX) on Sunday 5th November.
Named Portland Monthly’s Rising Star Restaurant of 2016, Tusk offers an innovative take on Mediterranean cuisine informed by a passion for the local farms of the Pacific Northwest. We are delighted to be able to enjoy a multi-course brunch rooted in Tusk's seasonal menu.
Below is a sample menu that will be confirmed as we get closer to the final date.

- Brunch sweets

- Hummus & Soft Boiled Egg
- Baba Ghanoush (seasonal dip)
- Fresh & Dried fruit
- Aleppo chili oil
~Salad & entrées:
- Kale Tahini Tart - Filo wrap, whipped feta, leek (VG)
- Lamb Poutine - Egg, kashkaval cheese, date molasses jus
- Shakshuka Verde - baked egg, crumbled feta, green garbanzo, green peppers, tomatillo, flatbread (VG)
- Roasted Broccoli - lamb belly lardon, poached egg, crouton, urfa hollandaise
- Local salad (chef's inspiration)
Drinks will be available for purchase at the event through a cash bar.
The cost is $50 (inclusive of brunch and restaurant service fees) and you can pay by Venmo or Paypal – please send an email oxbridge.cascades@gmail.com to arrange your ticket.
