Cambridge Alumni of Northern California invite you to an illustrated art lecture on Sargent and Spain, about the life and work of renowned artist John Singer Sargent, delivered by esteemed alumnus Sean Forester (Gonville & Caius 2000). Sean is a Bay Area artist and lecturer who studied English literature at Cambridge and classical painting at the Florence Academy of Art.
Julien Reiman, (MPhil, American History, Trinity 2022) will moderate the talk. Don't miss this opportunity to learn about the life and work of one of the key artists of the Edwardian era.
The event will include hors d’oeuvres. After the talk, you are welcome to purchase additional food and drinks in the bar.
