Toronto, ON: 94th Annual Gala Dinner in Toronto

The Oxford and Cambridge Society of Toronto cordially invites Alumni, their families, and friends to the 94th Annual Gala Dinner on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024.

Guest Speaker: Robert Dixon, Chief Development Officer at the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.

Reception: 6:30 pm
Dinner: 7:00 pm

Dress: Black tie optional/cocktail attire (or lounge suit, boat club/blues jacket)

Ticket price: $150

Registration will include a three-course dinner, a complimentary drink ticket for the reception, and a glass of port for the toast. Wine during dinner will be available for purchase by the glass or by the bottle.

Guest speaker biography

Robert Dixon is Chief Development Officer at the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. He began his career in advancement at the University of Oxford and subsequently worked with Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières Canada and Toronto Metropolitan University. He holds an MA in Theology from Cambridge University and a Fellowship Diploma of the Royal College of Organists. In addition to giving recitals, he has served as organist and choir director at churches in the UK and Canada. He has recorded three CDs with Jesus College choirs on the Signum label and has performed live on BBC Radio 4 and Switzerland’s Radio SRF 2.
