Julissa Reynoso Pantaleón is a diplomat serving as Ambassador to Spain and Andorra. She also served as United States Ambassador to Uruguay under President Barack Obama. Most recently, Ambassador Reynoso served as Chief of Staff to First Lady Dr. Jill Biden. She is a graduate of Emmanuel College where she earned a Master of Philosophy in development studies.
