Every once in a while, dates align perfectly, and this year, the results of the UK General Election will be announced on July 4, which also happens to be the First Thursday of July 2024. For this confluence of historic events, the UK Universities Union of Washington DC will be hosting a watch party from 5pm onwards on July 4 at The Admiral, to which all UK university alumni and guests will be invited!
Please register for free on the LSE alumni association's event page. Be sure to note Cambridge in the Organization field. There will be a reserved area of the bar at The Admiral for the UK Universities group.
The Admiral is located on Dupont Circle at 1 Dupont Cir NW, Washington, DC 20036, and is accessible via the Dupont Circle metro stop on the Red Line.
